Shipping, Delivery And Returns

Please note that shipping dates, delivery dates, and timeframes for processing returns and refunds are estimates only and not guaranteed, however, we will deliver your products and process returns and refunds in accordance with any deadlines specified by law unless we are prevented from doing so by reasons beyond our reasonable control. The risk of loss of any product(s) ordered through this Website shall transfer to you upon delivery of the product(s) to you.

SHIPPING

 

Whiyou Ltd uses a 3rd-party supplier and shipping provider. All orders are tracked and insured. All charges are set on a flat rate basis.

UK SHIPPING

 

All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Orders will require a signature on the receipt. Typically, UK orders take Up to 14 business days to be delivered from the date of artwork completion and date of dispatch. Please also note this is not 100% guaranteed and could be subject to unforeseen circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL/EU SHIPPING

 

Orders are sent via various international shipping providers. Orders will require a signature on the receipt. We cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred. The estimated delivery time varies between 14-28 business days, depending on international locations.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND THEY DO NOT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT ANY EXTERNAL INFLUENCES THAT MAY AFFECT THE PROCESS.

Our Returns Policy

​

Without affecting your right to cancel (as set out in further detail below), all returns must be returned within 14 days from the date of the return’s agreement. Once your return is processed, we will refund your money back to the original payment method, excluding the original shipping costs. Please note that we strive to process your return within 28 days of receiving it back in our warehouse.

 

All items must be returned unworn, in the original packaging and a saleable condition. We will refund you the total amount that you have paid for the product (s) that you are returning unless the product(s) have decreased in value. For example, if it is visible that the products have been unnecessarily roughly treated. If your product is defective.

 

Unless stated otherwise that we offer free returns, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Right to cancel under law. In addition to our return policy, you have the right to cancel your entire order within 14 days of receiving your product (s) in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

 

To cancel please contact our customer service to report your cancellation and add the completed cancellation form to the package.

WE MUST RECEIVE PAYMENT IN FULL FOR THE PRICE OF THE GOODS AND SHIPPING BEFORE YOUR ORDER CAN BE ACCEPTED. ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY US, WE WILL CONFIRM THE ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER BY WAY OF AN EMAIL, SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE ON YOUR ORDER. APON ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER BRINGS INTO EXISTENCE A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN US.

Force Majeure

Whiyou Ltd shall not be liable for any damage as a result of any delay or failure to deliver due to any act of God, act of yours, embargo or other governmental act, regulation or request, fire, accident, power outage, strike, slowdown or other labour difficulties, war, riot, act of terrorism, delay in transportation, defaults of common carriers, inability to obtain necessary labour, materials or manufacturing facilities or, without limiting the foregoing, any other delays beyond Whiyou Ltd reasonable control (and save to the extent that any of the foregoing arise as a result of any act or omission of Whiyou Ltd). In the event of any such delay: (a) the approximate indicated date of delivery shall be extended for a period equal to the time lost because of the delay, and you may cancel your order for such products upon provision to Whiyou Ltd of written notice to that effect and Whiyou Ltd shall refund to you the purchase price and any delivery charges (if we have already deducted these from your card).
